You can take a hair-dryer and dry just the underarm area of the shirt to check to see if the stain is still there or not. However, be sure to use a cool temperature setting on your blow dryer, because high heat can set the stain if it’s not removed. That sneaky trick will keep you from waiting until the whole washing cycle is complete only to find the stains are still there.

Method #3: The third method for removing stains from clothes; purchasing a product called “Awesome”.You can buy it from the dollar store. It’s really a stain removal product that’s multi- functional. Although “Awesome” recommends diluting the product, you may want to experiment, depending on your fabric. It comes in a spray bottle so it’s pretty easy to just spray it on, let it sit for fifteen minutes or so, then wash as usual.

Method#4: The fourth method is to use water and vinegar. Use one tablespoon of white vinegar with a half cup of water. The vinegar and water solution works like bleach but definitely, not as harsh as bleach. Soak your clothes in the solution from twenty to thirty five minutes or until the stains are out. After it soaks place clothes in the washer and add your favorite detergent with scent, now your clothes will be, not only whiter, but also smell fresher.

Method #5: The fifth method to eliminate the signs of excessive sweating from being seen on your clothes is to use liquid bleach. Although you should use it with care, ( never on dark colors or delicate fabrics), liquid bleach is one of the most effective methods you can use.
